I live about 3.5 miles down this “road”. It’s a fun drive most of the time, takes about 15-20 minutes depending on the conditions.
Yes, 15-20 minutes to go 3-4 miles. Better than a 4 lane highway with heavy traffic; just beautiful country and wild horses (and the odd deer or rabbit or coyote or mountain lion).
